How do I get started?

Select the service you're interested in and complete our Client Intake Form. We'll use the information you provide to understand your business needs and determine the appropriate next steps.

Depending on the service, additional information or documentation may be requested.

Do I have to pay before services begin?

Yes. The required first installment must be received and cleared before work begins. This includes research, document preparation, filing preparation, administrative changes, or other services included within your scope of work.

Do you offer installment payments?

Installment payment options may be available depending on the service selected. Your total service fee, installment amount, and payment due dates will be outlined in your Business Services Agreement.

Are state filing fees included in the service price?

Unless specifically stated in your service agreement, government filing fees, state fees, penalties, expedited processing fees, and other third-party charges are separate from McKoy Enterprises' service fees.

LLC Formation

Can you help me start a new LLC?

Yes. We provide administrative LLC formation assistance, which may include business information preparation, Articles of Organization filing assistance, EIN application assistance, and state filing coordination.

How long does it take to form an LLC?

Processing times vary by state and may also depend on the filing method and whether expedited processing is available.

Because government agencies control processing times, McKoy Enterprises cannot guarantee a specific approval or completion date.

Can you help me obtain an EIN?

EIN application assistance may be included as part of an LLC formation service or other applicable business service.

LLC Reinstatement & Amendments

Can you reinstate an LLC that has been dissolved?

We can provide administrative assistance with eligible LLC reinstatements. The requirements depend on the business's current status and the state in which it is registered.

Outstanding annual reports, fees, penalties, or other requirements may need to be addressed before reinstatement can be completed.

Can you make changes to my existing LLC?

Yes. We can assist with eligible administrative changes such as business name changes, business address updates, registered agent changes, member or manager updates, management structure updates, and other state business record amendments.

Some ownership or structural changes can have legal or tax implications. In those situations, you may need to consult an appropriate licensed professional.

Business Compliance

What is business compliance support?

Business compliance support helps business owners stay organized and address administrative requirements associated with maintaining an active business.

Services may include business status reviews, annual report assistance, entity record reviews, filing deadline organization, state filing support, and business information updates.

Can you guarantee that my business will remain compliant?

No. Compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction, industry, business structure, and individual circumstances.

We provide administrative support and organization, but the business owner remains responsible for satisfying applicable legal, regulatory, tax, licensing, and filing requirements.

Dun & Bradstreet & Business Credit

Can you help establish my Dun & Bradstreet profile?

Yes. Our D&B and business credit service may include Dun & Bradstreet profile setup assistance, existing profile review, D-U-N-S® Number research or registration assistance, and business information consistency review.

Does getting a D-U-N-S® Number automatically build business credit?

No. A D-U-N-S® Number or D&B profile is one component of establishing a business credit foundation. Business credit generally develops over time based on factors such as reported accounts, payment history, business activity, and creditor requirements.

Can you help me build business credit?

Yes. Our business credit-building support may include business credibility assessments, D&B setup, business credit readiness reviews, vendor strategy guidance, reporting vendor research, and a structured business credit-building roadmap.

Do you guarantee business funding or a certain credit score?

No. McKoy Enterprises does not guarantee credit scores, tradelines, credit limits, vendor approvals, loans, financing, or funding.

Business credit results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

Is McKoy Enterprises affiliated with Dun & Bradstreet?

No. McKoy Enterprises, LLC is an independent business services company and is not Dun & Bradstreet and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dun & Bradstreet.

Business Consulting

What happens during a business consultation?

Business consulting is tailored to your company's needs and goals. Depending on your situation, we may discuss startup planning, business organization, operations, workflows, growth strategy, business credibility, or business credit readiness.

The objective is to identify priorities and develop practical next steps for your business.

Can established businesses use your consulting services?

Absolutely. Our consulting services are available to both new and established business owners who want assistance organizing, evaluating, or improving aspects of their business.

Business Dissolution

Can you help me close my LLC or business?

Yes. We provide administrative support for eligible business dissolutions, which may include business status review, dissolution requirement identification, Articles of Dissolution filing assistance, state filing coordination, and an administrative closing checklist.

Does filing for dissolution eliminate business debts or taxes?

Not necessarily. Dissolving a business entity does not automatically eliminate outstanding taxes, debts, contracts, creditor obligations, or other liabilities.

You should consult an appropriate attorney, accountant, or tax professional regarding those matters.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

What happens after I make my first payment?

Once your required initial payment has cleared and all necessary information and documentation have been received, work can begin according to the scope outlined in your Business Services Agreement.

Can I cancel my service?

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing. Eligibility for a refund will depend on your service agreement, the stage of your project, and whether work has already begun.

Are payments refundable?

Payments may become non-refundable once work has begun, documents have been prepared, filings have been submitted, or services have otherwise been performed.

Your Business Services Agreement and applicable refund policy will contain the terms governing your specific engagement.
